Disital Asset Purchase Agreement

The Buyer (hereinafter referred to as “Party A”)

enters into a digital asset (hereinafter referred to as “GST”) purchase agreement with

the Seller (hereinafter referred to as “Party B”) as follows.

Article 1 [Purpose]

The purpose of this agreement is to establish the rights and

obligations related to “Party A”’s participation in

the purchase of GST sold by “Party B.”

Article 2 [GST Price]

Gold Swap Premium (Gold Swap Token)

Cryptocurrency Symbol GST

1 GST = 1.2 USDT

(Approximately 1,700 won_ Varies depending on USDT exchange rate)

Article 3 [Participation Fee]

Article 4 [Transaction Terms]

GST can be traded 90 days

(within approximately 72 hours of delay error) from the date of purchase.

Article 5 [Cryptocurrency Exchange Listing]

GST is listed on a global cryptocurrency exchange.

Article 6 [Mutual Indemnity]

If “B” has completed the payment of the promised GST cryptocurrency

for the funds held in this purchase agreement,

“A” cannot be held responsible for the loss of GST cryptocurrency and

the decrease in the value of GST cryptocurrency due to

reasons unrelated to “B”’s obligations under this agreement, such as

the selection of the trading period according to “A”’s decision, price decline,

exchange server maintenance, and transaction suspension

due to the exchange’s fault.

Article 7 [Confidentiality Provisions]

Due to the nature of the project,

“A” must maintain security for the contents designated by “B.”

If “A” leaks confidentiality without consultation with “B,”

“A” shall be responsible for all damages resulting therefrom.

Article 8 [Dispute Resolution]

If a dispute arises between the two parties in relation to this contract,

“A” and “B” shall, in principle,

resolve it through mutual agreement. In the event of a lawsuit,

Seoul Central District Court shall be the court of jurisdiction.

Article 9 [Confirmation]

Investors will be refunded only if

GST fails to be listed on a global cryptocurrency exchange

by September 30, 2024.

The final decision on this contract is made at

the “Party A’s” own free will and responsibility.
